Health Care - Billing Specialist

Central Desert Behavioral Health Center is searching for a talented Billing Specialist to be our Business Office Manager.


Responsible for billing and follow up of all Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, commercial insurance, co-insurance and managed care for facility.  Responsible for the cash collections and managing the AR for the facility.   Experience working with contracts preferred.   The BOM will also oversee the payroll and HR functions.

Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to multi-task, organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.  Experience in long term care, LTCH, IRF or inpatient psychiatric setting in a billing/business office management position preferred.

Must have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, co-insurance, managed care and private collections.'s Advice
