Maxim Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Professional Recruiter to partner with local offices to identify specific hiring needs and develop/implement action plans to address these needs in a timely manner.  The Professional Recruiter partners with office personnel coordinators and sales recruiters throughout the external candidate hiring process to insure that all candidates are processed in a timely and compliant manner. The Professional Recruiter reports recruitment/hiring results to regional and local management on a weekly basis or as requested. Essential Duties and Responsibilities\:
  • Partners with local offices/hiring managers to identify specific hiring needs and to assist in staffing offices in a timely manner
  • Develops marketing strategies to attract quality candidates
  • Sources and pre-screens resumes to identify potential candidates
  • Partners with hiring managers to staff offices in a timely manner
  • Schedules interviews with candidates for local offices
  • Manages applicant interview and tracking system
  • Manages on-line job postings and requisitions
  • Works cohesively and effectively with corporate departments that engage in internet recruitment activity
  • Reports on recruitment numbers (which include\: referrals, applicants in step one, hires, and starts on a weekly basis to regional management
  • Maintains an excellent rapport with candidates; effectively promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships
  • Builds rapport and works cohesively with internal and external personnel
  • Works closely with Personnel Coordinators in local offices to ensure external employees' smooth progression through the three-step hiring process
  • Schedules, coordinates, and attends college and professional recruiting events
  • Promotes diversity and ensures all managers are compliant with EEOC laws
  • Trains new branch recruiters on navigation of RPR, RecruitMax, Clearview where applicable, effective interviewing techniques, and how to utilize other recruiting resources
  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

Minimum Requirements\:
  • High School Diploma required
  • College Degree strongly preferred
  • Sound knowledge and thorough understanding of internet recruitment resources for healthcare personnel
  • Advanced cold calling and recruiting skills, as well as demonstrated follow up ability on all recruitment activity
  • Ability to write effective employment advertisements
  • Ability to communicate effectively and express ideas clearly, actively listen, follow appropriate channels of communication
  • Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required
  • Basic computer proficiency required
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
