Job Description

• Responsible for adhering to all applicable OSHA required safety requirements including Lock Out, Tag Out procedures.
• Ability to de-energize electrical, pneumatic and kinetic stored energy prior to working on positively charged systems.
• Familiar with digital and conventional processing equipment.
• Evaluate and monitor equipment process parameters to perform predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts, special need items and tools.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations, area, circumference, volume, percentage and fractions.
• Basic understanding of electronic control panels, fiber optic censoring systems, drive motors, cooling fluid transfer pumps.
• Basic understanding of mechanical drawings, wire diagrams and schematics.
• Drive continuous improvement in daily work activities while providing the proactive leadership necessary to achieve and maintain continuous improvement mindset for the team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Complying with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements at all times.
• Be able to fully operate and calibrate each piece of equipment.
• Make adjustments and repairs to ensure machines are operating as intended.
• Replace major and minor components as identified within the Maintenance Training guide.
• Ability to communicate and escalate with peers and principles.
• Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations and overall facility.
• Practice and comply with all requirements of our Quality Management System (QMS),
as well as regulations promoting a safe and healthy work place environment.
