We’re currently hiring for the position of Director of Talent Acqusition- Home Health

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. Equivalent related work experience (i.e., Staffing, human resources, sales, customer service or retail experience) may be acceptable.

•Five years experience minimum in recruiting in healthcare.

•Must enjoy interacting with people and be sales motivated.

•Staffing, human resources, sales, customer service or retail experience a plus. Must enjoy interacting with people and be sales motivated.

•Demonstrated intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.

•Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

•Effective verbal and written English communications skills.

•Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.

•Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.

•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.

•Strong follow-through skills and ability to be the driving force behind the completion of multiple recruiting projects.

•Ability to deal with new tasks without the benefit of written procedures.

•Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.
