This Front Desk Assistant will be the front of the office. The duties of the Front Desk Assistant will be scheduling and confirming appointments, pulling and creating files, answering and directing phone calls, and customer service. The ideal Front Desk Assistant will have experience with customer service and reception. This Front Desk Assistant must have excellent communication skills verbal and written, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and handle sensitive information.
