Job Description:


Prior commercial cooking experience and prior supervisory experience necessary






Participates in the hiring, training, and development of personnel in the Kitchen; supervises and provides direction for staff during each shift; reviews event sheets and participates in the preparation of all food, including methods, portioning, garnishing, etc. Maintains cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the Kitchen at all times. Cooks for banquets during his/her shift and stands ready to perform any function in the Kitchen as needed. Monitors condition of equipment and reports repairs needed; participates in taking monthly inventories. Other duties as assigned.

Hourly position; $14 - $16/hour. Must have prior related experience.

A criminal background check is required of all new hires.
