Functions: Teaches and supervises medical residents in both the inpatient and outpatient settings; helps develop and implement curriculum in accordance with the requirements of the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME); serves as a mentor and role model to residents throughout their training. Enhances professional growth and development by accessing educational programs, job related literature, in-service meetings, and workshops/seminars.
Requirements: Valid Illinois Medical License; Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine; MD or DO Degree
Pleasant and outgoing; enjoys teaching and working with people; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
