This is a training class for Intuit managers where the final task of the training is a Mock Interview with a live potential candidate. Please be sure that all submitted and confirmed are aware.**** All candidate should be able to attend for a full 4 hours, although they do not usually run that long. Responsibilities: Resolve customer inquiries by phone, chat or email Learn and utilize specific software tools and problem solving strategies to solve for customer issues and continuously improve our processes Do the right thing for the customer. Ensure that they have the tools and knowledge they need to run their business Qualifications: 2+ years contact center experience preferred Previous experience in customer service, banking or financial services Accounting/Bookkeeping and/or Payroll experience highly desired We are looking for folks that want to WOW and deliver for customers, work hard and have fun doing it Must possess basic computer skills including MS Office Suite Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills to deliver high customer satisfaction Excellent communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email A commitment to personal high standards proven by the desire and ability to contribute to team and company goals Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment Must be able to successfully pass a background test and credit check Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email Ability to work in a team environment University Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
