Department Summary: Forever 21 is seeking an innovative, energetic, and passionate team player to add to our dynamic Human Resources team!

Job Purpose: The Compensation Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development of Forever 21 compensation policies and programs as well as providing analytical support to all Human Resources departments in the areas of data aggregation and analysis. He/she is also tasked with assisting in the maintenance of Forever 21’s job structure by creating/editing job descriptions, market pricing and determining FLSA statuses.

Deliverables:
• Assist in the execution of compensation annual cycle projects including financial modeling, scenario analysis
• Design and deploy compensation data management and analysis processes to maintain high data quality
• Assist the Compensation manager in designing and deploying HR dashboard and KPI interface and reporting tools
• Assist in the construction of annual bonus interface, modeling/calculation
• Collaborate with the Compensation manager in designing solutions to general HR information systems challenges using VBA and web based solutions
• Assist the HRIS Analyst and Compensation Manager in ERPHR software deployment/optimization
• Administer annual merit program for all hourly and salaried Associates
• Coordinate the Performance Appraisal process and perform tracking of all HR related metrics such as turnover, diversity, performance ratings
• Participate in formal salary surveys and provide analysis and reports on market data
• Conduct detailed analysis and audits of department data to support department goals/objectives



Job Requirements


• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline; Mathematics, Statistics, Finance/Accounting degrees preferred
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in an analytical position; Previous experience in compensation highly preferred
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel with the ability to create pivot tables and utilize functions such as VLOOKUP, MATCH, and INDEX.
• Previous computer programming experience  preferred but not required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
