Assistant, Employee Health and Wellness
Primarily responsible for appointment scheduling and pre-registration, to include: collecting; verifying; updating; and entering complete and accurate demographic patient information into computer system prior to patient’s clinic appointment. Responsible for the maintenance of the patient medical records process. Also responsible for performance of other para-administrative and clerical duties in support of clinical services.
High school diploma or equivalent experience required. One year of college study or the completion of a recognized clerical vocational training program with medical terminology is preferred. One year of general clerical/secretarial experience is required. Experience in the use of computer software is required. Experience in the utilization of an on-line scheduling and registration system is preferred. Experience in the utilization of IDX scheduling is preferred.
