Salem NationaLease, one of the leading commercial truck leasing and maintenance companies in the US. southeast for over 40 years, is seeking a results-driven and entrepreneurial Lease Sales Agent to lead company expansion in the Texas market.

The right candidate will have the potential for high income and career advancement opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively grow area truck lease customer base, expand market share.
  • Service existing customers.
  • Apply sales and marketing strategies to develop leads, make sales calls, present sales proposals, secure contracts, and actively manage accounts.
  • Coordinate all aspects of company rental fleet activities.

 Candidate Requirements:



 • Proven experience in business networking, business development, and cold-calling.  

 • Prior Industry experience helpful, but not required.

 • Four year college degree.

 • Minimum two years of successful outside sales.

 • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 • Energetic, relationship oriented.

 • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new programs.

 • Expert time management and follow-up abilities.

 • Committed to meeting and exceeding area sales objectives.
