JOB TITLE: Contact Center Collections Representative
LOCATION: Piscataway, NJ
SCHEDULE: Normal Business Hours
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: long term
RATE OF PAY: $17.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:




  • Compares Department of Defense and Veterans Administration invoices to contracts and submits invoices in government payment websites. (Wide Area Work Flow and VISWeb)

  • Creates and sends claims for rejected/disputed invoices to appropriate departments to research.

  • Contacts customers to help resolve payment website keying errors

  • Responsible for performing collection calls on Government portfolio as well as data entry of Franchise volume received and credit card processing.

  • General clerical duties include telephone reception to answer/re-direct incoming phone calls and other routine functions.

  • Utilizes SAP, Wide Area Work Flow System and Visweb systems.



Qualifications:
The successful candidate:




  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma.

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years basic bookkeeping experience including Accounts Receivable/Collections and Customer Service experience.

  • Experience with high volume data entry, to ensure fast and accurate results, is required.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
