Maxim Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Hiring Coordinator to assist with the administrative/human resources activities within the branch office.  The Hiring Coordinator works with the recruitment team to hire and investigate the credentials of potential clinical and administrative candidates to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, accreditation, and Maxim requirements and standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities\:
  • Prepares and accurately maintains employee personnel files to meet current standards
  • Assists candidates through the application and hiring process
  • Completes reference verifications and background checks for applicants being considered for employment
  • Schedules/conducts New Hire Orientation and enters employee information into computer system
  • Responsible for various office administrative functions, including ordering office supplies, answering telephone inquiries, photocopying, and monitoring incoming/outgoing facsimiles
  • Generates Weekly Reports and other projects as assigned by the District Credentialing Manager
  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

Minimum Requirements\:
  • High School or equivalent degree required; at least some Undergraduate coursework is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • 6 months of administrative experience preferred
  • Payroll and Human Resources experience helpful
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission standards helpful
