Inside Sales Representative

First and foremost, THIS IS NOT A COLD CALL POSITION!

You will be trained on our revolutionary autodialing system, which takes leads prequalified and previously scrubbed and hands them to you in order to generate appointments for our outside sales division. These contacts are made up of previous customers or prospective customers interested in the products we offer. Your job will be to take calls given to you and create opportunity for a sales demonstration. This is among the most essential roles within the organization as you are a direct connection to future sales and the first person prospective customers often talk to. Yes, the customer experience begins with you.

 Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Daily telephone interaction with our database of customers and prospects
  • Promotion of Power’s eco-friendly products and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Generation of appointments for our outside sales division
  • Ongoing department meetings and training

 




JOB REQUIREMENTS

Inside Sales Representative

Qualifications:

  • Passion for interacting with people and learning new and varied skills
  • Strong communication skills and an open-minded personality
  • Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings

Required Education: 

 

  • BA/BS preferred
  • Experience selling website services, products and/or advertising on the phone is preferred

Salary and Benefits:

  • $29,000 base salary with the potential to earn an additional $10-30,000 annually in performance bonuses.
