Compensation: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour

Highly reputable firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for plan preparation and maintenance, including: data entry, manipulation of Microsoft Word documents and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, transmitting plan changes to regulatory authorities and clients, and ensuring proper contingency plan approvals are in place. Extensive communication with regulatory authorities with government agencies and clients located throughout the world, including countries throughout Europe and Asia.
Job Requirements
Ideal Administrative Assistant, must have two or more years of experience. Bachelors degree in Business in Administration or related field required. Experience working in a government environment preferred. Maritime experience is helpful, but not required. Must have strong Microsoft Office experience. Experience in an office setting is preferred.
