Under general supervision, coordinate the work assignments and activities of a multi-trade maintenance or construction team composed of electricians, interior finishers, plumbers, and mechanics.
Schedule construction or maintenance and repair activities for assigned areas in conjunction with customer departments.
Direct and, as required, perform maintenance or construction activities.
May provide construction management services to Project Managers and Engineers.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Ten years of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrician or related construction experience, including knowledge of multiple trades to direct the work activities of personnel assigned to team.
