JOB DESCRIPTION

Q2 is seeking an Application Support Specialist (L2) to support complex issues, troubleshooting problems within various internal and external customers, and configuring and maintaining software platforms within production environments.

Responsibilities:
•     As a member of a team, conduct software component installation and monitoring within a 24/7 Production    

       Environment
•     Communicate with Customers via email, phone, self-service portal to resolve issues
•     Analyze, recommend requirements and implement improvements of current application and systems platforms

•     Maintain and create documentation via an internal Wiki which details aspects of the Q2 environment

•     Mentor Application Support Analysts (L1 Support)

•     Participate in a 24X7X365, on-call rotation where you are the 2nd level of afterhours support





JOB REQUIREMENTS


•     Windows SQL/TSQL experience preferred

  • Enterprise/mid-sized software support or delivery experience preferred
  • Server and component experience with Windows Server 2003, 2008 IIS configuration, and Service management
  • Experience with Python and .net programming a plus
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills and organizational skills
  • Willing customer satisfaction personality required, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and a keen attention to detail
  • Understanding of remote tools and networking
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments, prioritize, and resolves issues in a timely manner within a high-pressure environment
  • Innate desire to find the root cause of technical issues, while balancing business needs to identify, support, and solve customer needs
  • Knowledge of banking practices is helpful

•     Willingness to learn and improve upon current procedural operations
