Position Summary:

Secure utility, expense credits and other incentives for the use of energy efficient equipment and sustainable materials within Enterprise-wide facilities. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.



Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with G.O. departments, Regional Construction, division energy engineers, G.O. Energy Management, mechanical, electrical and plumbing personnel, utilities and contractors to identify eligible equipment and recover incentives rebates.
  • Develop a professional relationship with utility companies to expedite and promote incentive recovery.
  • Prepare applications for recovery, measure rebates collected and identify obstacles to success.
  • Prepare rebate tracking, collection reports and communicate the results to various levels of company leadership as appropriate.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.






  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to become proficient with proprietary database programs
  • Understand financial terms and concepts (ex. rate of return)
  • Knowledge of basic construction, energy and engineering principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form with all levels within the organization
  • Communicate complex items in a simple, straightforward manner
  • Strong critical thinking skills
