Manager Clinical Pharmacy Services
Responsible for the administration of pharmaceutical services to CFHP members. Advises or consults with clinical staff or network providers when necessary or required by law about therapeutic value, content, hazard, or use of drugs and devices. Implements decisions set forth by the P&T Committee.
A Bachelors of Science degree, PharmD, or Master of Science degree in pharmacy with strong clinical background is required. Residency or experience in managed care setting is required. Should have, and be able to maintain a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access and Business Objects. Must be available for early morning and evening meetings. Must be willing to travel to support CFHP’s mission.
Has current, or is eligible for RPh licensure in Texas.
