Parts Sales in Albuquerque, NM is a
sales leader responsible for the day-to-day operations conducted
in the Parts Plus store. Security, safety, and
profitability are his/her paramount concern. This individual
presents a demonstrated ability to thrive and lead in a team-oriented
and customer-focused environment. Integrity and a well-developed
sense of personal accountability are a must. The Store Manager
is ultimately responsible for growing sales and profitability in

Provides clear direction to team members by effectively communicating initiatives, priorities, and company strategy. Recruits, hires, trains, and develops inside sales team and warehouse staff with focus on excellent customer service and selling skills. Promotes sales of replacement components and aftermarket products to the dealer network, contractors, and other relevant business segments. Owns the business in the local market, and delivers results on established Sales, Growth, and Profitability goals, partnering with Sales to pursue new sales opportunities. Maintains a customer ready, professionally merchandised showroom, warehouse, building and grounds. Manages daily store operations and models excellent customer service with direct involvement in day-to-day service channels as appropriate. Coordinates with transportation providers for daily shipments. Prioritizes and promotes an ongoing Environmental, Health, and Safety program. Manages and tailors inventory to needs of the local market. Ensures accurate inventory through cycle counting and general operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required. Typically requires at least 5 year experience in retail sales.
Ability to lead others. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
