Overview: Continental is seeking an energetic technically minded sales professional ideally with experience in the Motorcycle or Powersports markets. Primary responsibility will be to manage day to day sales activities and further develop our existing relationship with leading motorcycle manufacturers. The candidate will be responsible for representing our global business with our customers and focus on understanding their current and future needs. This position is located in our Milwaukee sales office in West Allis, WI with a 20% travel requirement both domestically and internationally. Core Responsibilities: * Manage customer sales activities, including product and project quoting, forecasting / budget planning. * Manage, develop and strengthen customer relations. * Proactively sell and promote a broad range of Continental products and services. * Develop, build and cultivate effective long-term relationships with key management within the customer organization. * Work with project managers to keep our customers up to date with all relevant information. * Independently apply advanced skills to resolve complex problems that are not covered by existing procedures or practices Additional Responsibilities: * Work with management to help guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals. * Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies. Develop and execute effective internal Customer Target Agreements for the submission of forecasts, budgets and operating plans for the sales channel.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1-3 years sales and/or sales engineer experience 20% travel domestically and internationally Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software or System Engineering 5 years experience in vehicle electronics engineering Experience in project management, development engineering and/or technical sales This position is not does not allow for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
