Job Description

BASYS Processing, voted Top 10 Small Business for 2014, is continuing to grow and looking for our next great employee. We are a locally owned merchant card services company that values customer and employee relationships. We are looking for a smart, detail oriented, quick learner with a great attitude to join our bidding department team.
The right individual will have excellent organizational skills, must be great with numbers, accounting knowledge and extreme level of confidentiality to generate bids for our clients.
This position is responsible for:
• Determining merchant services needs for clients based on current plan
• Preparing cost analysis for client for sales team to present
• Tracking of weekly and monthly progress of incoming statements and estimated profitability
• Assist in calculating monthly commission and banking reports

Job Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role or bookkeeping/accounting
• Impeccable attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Prior accounting experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Advanced Excel skills and efficient methods of working with and distributing multiple reports
• Associate's degree or more preferred
• Understands the importance of high level confidentiality due to secure financial information
