Human Resources Manager
Job Description

This position will be responsible to direct and provide leadership for all human resources activities that support the Broadband business line based in Annville, PA. Areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, talent development, rewards & recognition and performance management.  Provide advice and counsel to leadership regarding complex human resource issues and work with the Human Resources team and senior management to ensure that human resources initiatives support the Company’s business strategy and attainment of business goals.  Provide primary HR support for assigned geography or business line to include generalist activities through the employee life cycle of attraction, selection, development and retention.Oversees and directs the annual performance review cycle and Leadership and Organizational (LOR) process to ensure development plans and compensation (incentive, equity and base) are in alignment with company objectives.Collaborate with the management team and compensation department to ensure compensation programs enable the company to attract and retain the most qualified global talent.Leads the management team to create a positive employee relations environment. Investigates employee concerns and complaints and recommends appropriate actions. Works with legal on employment litigation matters.Develop annual talent acquisition strategy in conjunction with senior executives, finance and hiring managers and oversees recruitment and selection activities for assigned business units as required.Assess, design and present training and development programs that support the needs of the assigned business groups.Interprets human resource and company policies and ensures adherence to them.Ensures compliance with employment related policies and procedures and local employment laws.Maintains a current awareness of trends and issues in human resources and makes appropriate recommendations to Human Resources leadership and other members of the senior executive team.

Job Requirements

ExperienceA minimum of five (5) years progressive HR generalist experience with multi-unit, matrix and geographic exposurePrior experience with mergers, acquisitions and union or union-avoidance activities is preferred EducationBachelors Degree requiredMasters Degree preferredProfessional certification preferred
