This position is located on the Island of Maui and is responsible for the repossession of vehicles as assigned by our Customers for the Auction.
Piece Rate Pay.
•Ability to receive Repossession assignments from the Auction
•Begin process of initiating repossession of vehicle
•Must be computer literate and able to communicate via email and our recovery data base
•Provide updates to Auction within 24 hours of receiving assignments
•Take pictures of vehicles as needed
•Complete condition reports as needed
•Attend monthly departmental meetings
•Record and turn in accurate time sheets in a timely matter
•Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e., driving vehicles through auction sale lanes on designated sale days.
•May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) as business needs dictate.
Previous Background or Experience in the Following Highly Preferred:
This is a piece-rate position. Located on the Island of Maui where there isn't a physical address. Field Agents work directly from their residence utilizing their private owned vehicles.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous repossession experience helpful.
Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record required. Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.

Constantly required to enter and exit vehicles. Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Ability to walk long distances. Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb. Ability to lift 1-15 pounds. Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level.
