Develop and manage multiple, complex projects
and their schedule deliverables.
Provide input to project scope, schedule and
budget baselines based on an understanding of the program or system development
Maintain changes to project and schedule baselines,
monitor deliverables, conduct reviews, and manage incorporation of quality
management systems for the project.
Prepare presentations and other materials to
support project and/or system functions.
Lead activities to identify project schedule risks
and develop mitigation plans.
Draft correspondence, reports, white papers,
minutes, spreadsheets, communications products, briefs, and other
Maintain and track action items, and
participates in acquisition information management.
At minimum, ten years direct relevant
experience in schedule management and program execution experience is required.
Bachelor&s degree in Business Administration
or in a highly analytical field of study required; advanced degree desired.
Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel,
PowerPoint and MS Project are required.
PMI PMP or Defense Acquisition University
DAWIA Training desired.

A current Customs and Border Protection or
Department of Homeland Security Background Investigation is required.
A Secret or higher level clearance and a favorable
background investigation conducted within the last five years is desired.
