Hotel Payroll Shared Service Center supporting 30+ owned and managed hotels in North America.

Job Description

Performs a wide variety of payroll processing activities, including recording all payroll earnings (tips, gross receipts, commissions, etc…), deductions (transportation, uniforms, benefits, etc…), vacation pay outs, garnishments, etc… Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. Weekly interface ADP Timekeeping system with SAP Payroll. Create/maintain fully documented and balanced payroll support packages in compliance with established audit required standards. Assist property HR team with all payroll related concerns including processing termination checks, etc… Assist in the support of the timekeeping system including but not limited to daily reports to Department Managers, resetting passwords, and reconciling of hours.


2-3+ yrs of Payroll experience preferred Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel required 2-3+ yrs of Customer Service experience Knowledge of SAP Payroll and Hotel industry desired
