Compensation: $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year

Our client is looking for a proven leader to take on the role of Merchandising Director. The ideal candidate will have successfully lead a Product Management Team from the ground up. He/she should have experience creating infrastructure, policies and procedures. Duties will include, but not be limited to the following: * Providing direction for packaging and visual merchandising to ensure consumer engagement * Managing new and current products on all levels * Identifying opportunities to expand distribution channels for increased market share * Building out the finished product division * Managing the licensing business * Managing, coaching and training the existing merchandising team * Developing, improving and managing the product development process Must have consumer insights and research experience.
