Senior Sales Executive / Account Manager 


Mindteck, a multinational Technology Solutions provider, is currently seeking several Senior Sales / Account Management professionals to join their organization on a full-time basis. These are outstanding opportunities for Information Technology focused Sales professionals to earn fantastic remuneration (salary + commissions) and gain a wide array of career progression opportunities.


Summary:


The incumbent will be part of Mindteck's Global sales network and will be responsible for developing new business within the US South Western Region. The incumbent will handle all elements of the sales process from lead generation and initial meetings, to subsequent contract negotiations and closings.  The incumbent should also be able to develop new and existing customer relationships in the US both at tactical and strategic levels.


Skills:

  • Must have 10+ years of IT Sales experience; the ideal candidate will also come from a relevant degree background
  • Previous experience carrying an annual quota in seven figures with a proven track record of consistent quota attainment is a must
  • Meets sales budget objectives by estimating requirements
  • Pipeline development and ability to deliver on calendar pipelines
  • Ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes and types
  • Candidate should bring a strong and extensive network which can actively be used to grow the business
