NAPA Auto Parts is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Internal Customer Service Associates to join our new Distribution Center Support Center. This newly created support center is one of two centers responsible for supporting our 64 Distribution Centers across the United States.
The primary function of this position is to properly and efficiently handle the Distribution Center order processing, customer service, research and reporting. Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess:4 years + of Bookkeeping experience.3 years + supervisory experience, or shows strong capability of supervisory skills.Must be able to coach all Associate levels of employees on Center processes.Must be able to supervise in a team environmentMust be detail minded.Must be able to problem solve.Must be able to make decisions.Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively.Must have excellent phone skills.Must have great communication skills.Must have complaint handling skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/ Excel, OutlookJD Edwards / PeopleSoft experience is a plus Closing Statement
