JOB DESCRIPTION

  • This full-time position works under the supervision of the Regional Director and is responsible for the support, state licensure, training, financial oversight and supervision of the state branches of ResCare Home Care. 
  • Responsibilities cover, but are not limited to:  marketing and sales support, financial management, management and organization, interfacing with employees and clients, training and coaching, program development, and the overall growth of each operation. 
  • This position plays an important role in each operation by managing resources to provide the highest quality service. 
  • This individual should represent the company at various community and industry-related activities whenever possible.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Specific Duties/Skills:

                 MANAGEMENT

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Monthly review of financial statements
  • Follow EDOM (Executive Directors Operations Manual)
  • Ensure Branch Managers are following BMOM (Branch Managers Operations Manual)
  • Ensure operational compliance with ResCare policies and procedures
  • Ensure and support Branch Managers in the implementation of strategic profitability goals.
  • Maintain an organized, productive, and professional work environment.
  • Be familiar with and adhere to budget figures
  • Oversee and assist branches with Accounts Receivable and collection efforts
  • Other duties and assignments as required
  • Ensure each branch adheres to all state home care licensure regulations

             EMPLOYEES

  • Meet with staff/direct reports at least monthly face-to-face
  • Administer marketing meetings to be held at least quarterly to discuss strategies to grow the business
  • Ensure Best in Class scores are at or above the expected level at all operations
  • Provide support and training to marketing personnel
  • Maximize initial telephone sales and operational effectiveness
  • Interact with local referral sources and maintain functional relationships with those sources
  • Support and train on client evaluations and the execution of client service agreements
  • Resolve client and family issues when needed
  • Shall devote Employee's best efforts and all of Employee's business time, energies and talents exclusively to the business of the Company and to no other business during the Term
  • Shall follow all of ResCare Home Care's policies and procedures at all times.
