Recruiter/Staffing Specialist

Job Description

Recruiter/Staffing Specialist needed for one of the fastest growing privately owned staffing firms in the Charlotte area.  This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter/account manager in the staffing industry to join a company that was voted as the Largest Staffing Company in Charlotte for the past 2 years, as well as, one of the Best Places to Work within a 13 county region. 

Qualified individual must have the following:
        

  • Min of 2-3 years exp. in the Staffing industry or in Human Resources as a recruiter or account manager        
  • Must have experience handling account management,  recruiting, interviewing, pre-screening and placement of candidates for job positions
  • Must have experience handling Industrial, Management, Clerical and Administrative level types of positions   
  • Proven track record of successful placements with Light Industrial and Skilled level placements required   
  • Will be responsible for managing multiple accounts and handling all recruiting and job placements within these accounts
  • Must have excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft programs - Experience using eEmpact a plus   
  • Must be available to work overtime as needed

 

Salary negotiable based on experience + Monthly Commission and Full Benefits
