Customer Service Manager

Job Description

  

Become the Customer Service Manager for one of Charlotte's largest and fastest growing residential house cleaning businesses!



Customer Service:

  • Manage customer retention
  • Answer and resolve customer phone calls
  • Answer and resolve customer emails



Marketing:

 

  • Manage $200,000/Year direct mail campaign
  • Manage internet presence and marketing program
  • Manage social media presence and marketing
  • Manage custom marketing programs
  • Manage referral and customer loyalty/rewards program
  • Manage brand awareness

 


Scheduling:

  • Place new customers on the work schedule in ways that meet customer requirements, team availability, and optimize team travel efficiency
  • Monitor and adjust work schedules to provide superior customer service that include multiple staff, multiple teams, multiple customers, across five days of the week and 350 square miles of territory

 

Sales:

  • Prepare for sales calls
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations (typically within 25 mile radius)
  • Conduct sales call follow up to close sales



Quality Control:

  • Conduct quality control inspections


 

Management:

 

  • Work closely with Owners, Office Manager, and Inspectors

Working Hours:

  • Days of work - Monday - Friday
  • Hours of work will vary. Flexibility in working hours is a requirement
  • A typical work week is 50+ hours.


Travel:

  • Must be willing to use personal car for business use as needed (typically within 25 mile radius with mileage reimbursed) 
  • Company car may be available

Qualifications:

  • Must be very outgoing and personable
  • Must be hard working and dedicated
  • Must have excellent work ethic, honesty and integrity
  • Must have excellent organizational and people skills
  • Must want to work for (and be) the very best in our industry
  • 4 year college degree preferred but not necessary (may be offset by experience)
  • 5 years customer service, sales, and marketing experience strongly preferred 
  • Must have the ability to deal with confrontational situations
