We are currently seeking professional, energetic customer service and sales professionals in Charlottesville, VA. Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of direct customer contact, sales and problem solving. Knowledge of leasing/property management/housing industries is preferred. Successful candidates will be able to learn the basics of our company and want to grow into management.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Providing high quality customer service to our residents, clients and vendors
  • Communicates regularly with the Property Manager to address individual issues and to ensure everything is on track to meet goals
  • Learn Weinstein Properties processes and grow into management
  • Effectively marketing and selling the apartment community to clients
  • Utilizes computer programs and property knowledge to perform daily tasks such as leasing apartment homes, preparing correspondence/reporting and providing excellent service to clients, vendors and residents

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales, customer service and problem solving experience in a hands-on customer environment
  • Property Management and leadership experience is preferred
