Job Description

Established organization in Virginia Beach, VA  is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator for immediate hire.

 

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good data entry (alpha and numeric), and basic math skills. Knowledge of  Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities include:


  • Reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Processing accounts payable checks and monitoring payments
  • Maintaining vendor files
  • Monitoring general ledger accounts
  • Compiling various financial reports
  • Performing other duties as assigned
