You will be working in the corporate office ensuring our clients receive the personal attention their accounts deserve.  Applicants degree in marketing, communications or another related field and a marketing ior client service internship will be a nice fit for this role.  

The perfect applicant for this role will have the following:

  • A degree from an accredited 4 year university in marketing, communications or another related field
  • A marketing or client services internship or 
  • Experience in a marketing or client service role

Job Requirements

  

* Primary or secondary point of contact for assigned clients

* Maintaining positive, productive relationships  with assigned clients

* Responsible for day-to-day service delivery for client programs

* Implementing, coordinating, and managing the set-up of client programs 
     
* Providing contact center staff with program specifications and goals

* Generating, analyzing, and delivering regular client program reports

* Monitoring and analyzing program performance

* Monitoring live agent phone calls

* Representing clients internally and addressing ongoing service needs

* Proactively identifying and pursuing resolution of issues affecting client programs

* Fulfilling established performance levels and make recommendations for improvements

* Occasional travel to clients and/or contact centers

* Presenting or assisting in with program results and summaries
