We are a full service staffing firm and are looking for proven success in the following areas:
  • Interview & screen potential candidates for current and future job openings
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Able to multi-task and work with deadlines
  • Provide customer service and solutions for our client base
  • Perform pre-employment screening processes on potential employees
  • Process high volume of applications and new hire paperwork daily
  • Client Development/Sales -- ability to start and build relationships while earning clients trust with results
  • Ability to see the big picture and work independently, as well as, with a team

Job Requirements

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and identifying qualified administrative candidates
  • Evaluating potential candidates through interviewing and reference checking
  • Managing relationships
  • Matching candidates with specific employers and positions
  • Generating business with new clients through cold calling and referrals
  • Maintaining customer relations

We are looking for a candidate/company sales driven individual who truly enjoys developing and nurturing relationships. Excellent communication skills are required to handle high volume phone calls and in person interviews and must be able to multi task several projects at one time as well as have an enthusiastic approach to client relations. Great follow-up, attention to detail and confidence are a must. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission/ bonus quarterly. College degree preferred. 2-3 years Staffing Industry experience preferred but will consider professional services/business to business background.
