FACILITY MANAGER SUMMARY
A person allocated to this position manages & directs the facility and all programs associated with it. Job duties may include building maintenance, shipping / receiving, environmental / safety regulation compliance, organization of events, space assignments, etc. Individual has supervisory & budgetary responsibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, directing, coordinating & budgeting for a single facility including hiring personnel;
Communicate all operational goals, objectives and TRG Standard Operations Procedures;
Develop, implement and direct; safety & prepare, maintain and security, equipment preventative maintenance programs, and facility building/grounds maintenance programs;
Establish and administer policies & procedures for events and coordinate activities & events with other TRG facilities;
Ensure facility will meet needs of multiple individual projects and coordinate for technological needs;
Manage space utilization/layout and maximizing usage/making recommendations;
Prepare & maintain annual budget for building use and facility maintenance;
Maintain usage records & invoice clients accordingly.
On-going management of facility fiscal performance, preparation and control; Budgets, Profit and Loss (P& L) and General Ledger;
Direct, coach, mentor and develop staff to achieve prescribed company, customer and operation objectives;
Overseeing the recruitment, new hire and training process of the location;
