Job Description: 

Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and assisting customers with solutions to payment plans.
Respond to routine inquiries from customers regarding financial products and services. 
Ensuring that customers receive an excellent customer service experience and assistance with their questions or concerns.
Individuals will interact with customer to provide information in response to inquiries about accounts or services.


  • Be able to listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate and accurate solutions in a fast paced environment.
  • Look up information and transactions online; resolve problems.  
  • Handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues through available resources.
  • Take payments, make suitable arrangements and offer options.
  • Promptly recognize, document, and alert immediate supervisor of any out of the ordinary customer situations.
  • Individuals should have the ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult customers.
  • He/she needs to be able to work independently within specified time constraints.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
Learn company products, services, policies, procedures and operating systems.
Apply this knowledge when responding to customer inquiries.
Demonstrated ability to listen and elicit information effectively.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Experienced PC skills, typing, data entry and 10 key experience.

Basic Qualifications: 1+ years experience interacting with people or customers and 6+ months experience using a computer.

Preferred Skills:
  • Customer service/call center experience


Training: 2 weeks of training Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Various shifts available - flexibile with scheduling.
