Job Description

Needed for Immediate Hire: We are looking for a friendly people-person with design and marketing skills and a positive attitude. While this role is focused on the design of marketing materials, this is not a back-office position. This is a role in a fast-paced real estate office environment that works full time as the marketing assistant for 50+ real estate agents.


We need someone who looks forward to working with people, advising them in the marketing realm, and can work quickly on multiple projects and deadlines. We need a go-getter who can generate ideas and can work diplomatically with multiple personalities to hold steady on our brand standards.


Daily Job Requirements would consist of:

  • Managing incoming requests of all types and prioritizing work flow

  • Facilitating the production of listing marketing materials from start to finish – including brochures, flyers, postcards, website updates, and more

  • Facilitating the production of agents’ personal marketing materials - including magazine ads, business cards, postcards, and more

  • Assisting with maintenance of individual agent website content using WYSIWYG editor

  • Assisting with company social media marketing and search engine marketing

  • Assisting with development of individual agent marketing plans and fulfillment of marketing plans including through an online platform where email marketing is scheduled

  • Assisting in a professional office environment answering phones and greeting clients and vendors at the front desk to help cover the receptionist

  • Other tasks as needed.


This position is mainly self-managed and reports back to the Broker in Charge of the office and the Marketing Director. Abilities to prioritize work flow and multitask are a MUST, along with the ability to manage different personality types and work in a team environment. This is a customer service role – you must have a professional attitude, outlook, and demeanor. Dress code is business-casual. Office hours are 8:30 - 5:30, Monday through Friday.




Salary commensurate with experience and skill set.




Job Requirements

Requirements:

Must have a degree in Graphic Design, Art, or Marketing.

Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite CS5 or higher, InDesign in particular is key.

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is useful (may be asked to use Word, Publisher, Powerpoint, or Excel)

Knowledge of the Google Gmail platform would be helpful (Drive, Google Calendar, and Gmail).

Knowledge of HTML a plus, but not required.

Familiarity with social media platforms including Wordpress is desired.

Portfolio required at interview (web link with application/resume is highly encouraged).
