-A creative spirit with a flair for bringing concepts to life with a strong understanding of branding, web design, online marketing, and social media.
-Experienced in establishing print specifications, preparing files for release to printers, reviewing proofs, communicating corrections, and attending press checks.
-Deep understanding of UI, UX design solutions and complete tradeshow design solutions.
-Strong creative skills, with the ability to grasp design concepts, develop and execute.
-Extremely organized, with effective time management skills, capable of handling a volume of assignments simultaneously, while maintaining high standards for execution, accuracy, and
attention to detail.
-Comfortable and agile in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and reshuffle priorities as needed, and jump into different work streams.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exemplifying professionalism within the team and with clients.
-Ability to operate with flexibility, efficiency, enthusiasm, and diplomacy, both individually and as part of a team effort.
-Responsiveness and patience when handling everything from fire drills to long review cycles.
-Expert in Adobe Creative Suite tools including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with Flash experience a plus.
-Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design
-5-7 years of work experience designing and executing world-class marketing materials
-Expert level skills with Adobe products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
-A portfolio that clearly demonstrates these creativity, quality and proficiency with design tools.
-Have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
