Job Description

We are seeking a Stock Plan Services Analyst III for a very important client.

Develops, analyzes, and implements employee stock plans. Maintains company stock data, develops reports, and answers inquiries regarding stock plans
Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager.

Daily Activities: Maintain/upgrade employee stock database (Equity Edge) Administer company equity programs (Options and RSUs) including processing all US domestic and international employee stock transactions. Comply with company stock administration SOX procedures Answer employee equity questions and resolve problems regarding equity programs Prepare and distribute various employee statements Assist with program communication and education as needed Act as a liaison between employees and brokers Prepare monthly reconciliations between transfer agent and Equity Edge Handle the assumption and conversion of equity awards, if applicable, for companies acquired by company Participate in the preparation of Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") Forms 3, 4 and 5 Review of 10b5-1 plans, as needed Implementation of new software platform Stock Based Compensation reporting Assist with ad-hoc projects as necessary

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Skills Needed: CEP designation, Level 3 certification preferred or in the process of completing Minimum 5-7 years of progressive stock administration experience required. Stock Administration experience at a public company Must be detail-oriented, have a proactive approach and the ability to work with cross-functional teams (i.e. Finance, Legal and Human Resources) Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage critical deadlines Ability to work in a team environment; strong interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem resolution skills with a very high level of customer satisfaction Self-motivated, strong work ethics and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong English verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with various levels of management and handle confidential data Power User with Equity Edge 9.0 Experience with Equity Edge Online, preferred, but not necessary International tax experience.
