Our client, a Virginia Beach Customer Service Call Center, needs qualified Customer Service Reps and Receptionists to help customers in their Customer Service Support Centers.

You will be assisting customers calling in to schedule appointments or responding to customer's questions and assisting them with questions and issues.

-- This is an evaluation hire (permanent) position. Once you convert to the client's payroll, you will have a benefits package. Pay is $9.00 to start.

Job Requirements


  • Good communication skills and problem solving skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Good multi-tasking skills are a must.
  • Clear, pleasant phone voice...with a smile in your voice.
  • Strong Internet and email skills
  • Good data entry skills.
  • Clean background.

You need to be available 7 days a week - between 7am - 9pm - (to include some Saturdays and Sundays...dependent on call trends)


-- MUST have open availability  and be flexible with your schedule and willing to work when needed. Your first week of training may be a 6 day work week. And you need to be open to work split shifts as needed.
