Our client is looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Permanent, Evaluation Hire position).
MUST HAVE experience handling bookkeeping for multiple entities, payroll processing, proficiency with QuickBooks, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



• Assist with bookkeeping function for multiple entities 

• Maintain General Ledger 

• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations 

• Prepare and post journal entries 

• Assist with month/quarter/year-end close 

• Payroll processing 

• Prepare financials for Tax Returns/Filings 

• Special projects as assigned.  

Must be able to work at a fast pace and move quickly between tasks.





Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years full-charge bookkeeping experience,

- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

- Ability to work independently but can also work effectively on a team.

Pay: $15.00 to $20.00 depending one experience.
