  • A Twin Cities-based restaurant needs both a Chef and a Front-of-the-House Manager to help expand its presence in the market.  Great burgers and a beer list to match.  Both positions require 2+ years of related experience in a full-service, high-volume environment – and both positions have a starting salary of up to $52k, plus benefits and bonus opportunities.

 

  • A local restaurant group is seeking candidates for both Front- and Back-of-the-House positions at multiple Twin Cities locations.  Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of solid management-level experience in a busy, full-service environment; be motivated; and possess strong leadership and communication skills.  Starting salaries range from $35-55k, plus benefits and incentives.

 

  • Are you ready to step up from a line cook position?  A north metro-area full-service bar and restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef who is motivated; comfortable working a scratch, prep-heavy menu; and who has strong food knowledge and cooking techniques.  Up to $40k to start, plus profit-sharing opportunities.

 

  • A new Minneapolis restaurant needs an outgoing, confident Sales Manager to help get its events sales off to a strong start and to keep the momentum going. Downtown connections are key to this position’s success, and restaurant General Manager experience is a definite plus.  Base salary as high as $50k, plus performance bonuses and benefits.
