Kitchen Fresh Foods is a Green Bay, WI  based company that produces and distributes freshly made sandwiches and other food products to convenience stores.  We are looking for a responsible “Supervisor of Route Sales" who will be based out of the Southern, WI market. We
    would like this person to be part of our successful and professional team with our
growing company, with many opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Supervise six route salespeople to assure sales volume and goals are met
  • Monitor and meet Company goals for waste, AR and inventories
  • Assist in screening and final selection of route salespeople
  • Train salespeople on all Company policies and procedures and evaluate performance
  • Conduct ride-alongs with route salespeople to develop their selling and customer service skills
  • Coach route salespeople to successfully sell new programs; featured products and penetration of additional [product lines.
  • Key account responsibility -servicing the customer and developing long term collaborative relationships
  • Ensure route schedules are followed and all customers are serviced as scheduled
  • Provide back up route coverage as needed
  • Set annual district sales goals and initiatives with the help of the manager.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of district sales meetings.
  • Responsible for the adherence with all safety programs
  • assure the appearance and condition of all Company personnel, vehicles and equipment are up to Company standards.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required
  • Support company meetings with focus of upcoming year goals and objectives
  • Execution of management decisions
  • Support the maintenance/repair and logistics of company vehicles in the area.

Personal Attributes/Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience required, DSD experience preferred
  • Highly motivated self starter with skills of leading people
  • Possess strong work ethic and high level of Honesty/Integrity
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple task and prioritize by level of importance
  • Exhibit the "Whatever it Takes" attitude to Customers and Salespeople 

  • Computer Skills - Handheld Computer; Laptop Computer with Microsoft Office; Smartphone GPS enabled
  • Must be willing to travel within territory and have over night stays
  • Able to obtain and maintain DOT Federal Medical Certificate
  • Maintain Valid Class C Drivers License
