Job Description

A prestigious real estate development firm seeks an Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team to cover a vacation.  The Temporary Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating travel, booking meetings, handling correspondence, managing calendars, communicating with clients, and all additional administrative work needed.  Must have strong initiative and thrive in fast paced environments.  This is a temporary position until August 6th.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Executive Assistant:

  • Maintain busy calendar
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage client contacts and correspondence
  • Handle expense reports
  • Other various administrative tasks necessary

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Temporary Executive Assistant:

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting executives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to an extremely busy environment.
  • Handle expense reports
  • Other various administrative tasks necessary
