Job Description

A large manufacturing company located in Franklin Park is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the coordination of sales and customer service responsibilities including answering calls and processing orders, advising customers on sales and inventory, work with sales team and support them, and handle communication both internally and externally. 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Answer calls and process incoming orders
  • Advise customers on inventory availability, order status, and order lead time
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure customer requests are met
  • Work directly within Salesforce database to update information
  • Other administrative responsibilities as needed

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative: 
  • Associates degree required
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
