Job Description

A boutique privately owned consulting firm located in Northbrook is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire position. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the 3 person office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for fielding phone calls, light bookkeeping, and other administrative duties as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain corporate experience and learn the ropes of a successful consulting firm.


Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Light bookkeeping responsibilities
  • All other administrative support for the 3 in the office (Owner, CPA, and Associate)

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ideal candidate will be eager and ready to learn the industry
