Job Description

FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY at our Merrimack Valley client for a Marketing Assistant. Prior  administrative support  experience required,  preferably in a marketing setting. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Publisher is preferred. Duties will include updating marketing materials and the website, scheduling meetings, fielding phone calls, writing memos and correspondence, and other general administrative tasks. Position is Monday through Friday from 8AM - 5PM. Candidate must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and have strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.

Job Requirements

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Associates degree required. Bachelors degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
