Job Description


A leading investment firm seeks an Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their Chicago office!  The Receptionist/Office Administrator will be responsible for fielding incoming phone calls, ordering office supplies, coordinating schedules, and various other administrative tasks. The Receptionist/Office Administrator must have at least 1 year of administrative experience and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.


Responsibilities of the Receptionist/ Office Administrator

  • Field incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate contact
  • Maintain office professionalism and order office supplies
  • Coordinate schedules for in-house meetings
  • Prepare meeting materials including the set-up and break down of meetings
  • Various other administrative tasks as necessary



Job Requirements


Requirements of the Receptionist/Office Administrator

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience is required
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
