Our clients consist of business people, small business owners, and other professionals such as police officers, firefighters, engineers, and doctors. The environment is fast paced and the right candidate needs to have a strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to change. The position requires a reliable, dependable and responsible individual who is able to commit to a long-term working relationship.
Successful agency owners have made between $40,000 and $75,000 during their first year in the industry. Second year agents have made between $50,000 and $125,000 per year. Your commission payouts are not limited. This is not a salaried position. Commissions are paid on volume of sales made.
