PRICING SPECIALIST
Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm

 

at our Headquarters facility in  

Frederick, MD.

  

Summary of Position Responsibilities:

 

Under supervision is responsible for daily audit of jobs completed by centralized subsidiary offices.  Ensures End of Job (EOJ) data is collected either via Vettro (two-way) submission by chauffeur or via direct communication with chauffeur/dispatch staff.  Reviews system calculated pricing & submitted expenses to ensure accuracy and reasonableness.

Job Requirements

Education:               High school or equivalency degree

 

Experience:          Minimum 1 year general office experience. 

 

SKILLS:        

  • Excellent communication skills – oral & written
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think logically
  • Ability to use Crystal Reporting a plus
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
  • 10 key by touch
  • 30 words per minute typing
