Understand retail pricing/in store counseling; knowledge of host systems;

Phone support Customer relations Familiarity with computers and Potentially software background. Ability to multitask Cash register experience if possible.

 dialing in remotely to assist customers with general and specialized computer issues. 

 Good written and oral communications a must
