In your important role, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities will include consulting with accounting, financial, operational and other management personnel to improve their businesses. All engagements require process analysis, project management skills and the ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams. All engagements involve the analysis, development and documentation of improvement opportunities, and may include implementation and training components through cloud-based solutions. Work will primarily be performed at client locations, but can vary by project, client, and industry
- Manage and implement strategic operational excellence for our clients in Business Transformation, Integration, process management and improvement.* Working with our clients' senior leadership team on project management and reporting, including analysis and communication of financial and operational data for decision-making and strategic planning.* Planning and coordinating multiple presentations, creating presentation materials and disseminating information to executives and outside vendors.* Assessing change readiness, creating and managing change management plans, developing and executing communication plans, defining roles and responsibilities and measuring departmental impact.* Participating in project implementation.* Meeting billing and collection goals for assigned clients.* Acting as a performance advisor and mentor for assigned staff.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing or other related field.* 6+ yrs prior experience working within the different industries such as Banking industry or Insurance in a senior level project management role preferred.* Demonstrated strategic business development, negotiation and relationship skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management, organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills.* Strong financial and business acumen.* Superior strategic business development, negotiation and relationship skills.* Solid critical thinking skills including the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and resolve problems.* Must be a team player; demonstrate attention to detail and problem solving skills; able to work independently.* Willingness and ability to travel.
